Description:

1. LED light will be hot in long time working, there have a radiator on back of led light. The radiator material is aluminium, this material will let the heat leave very quick. So it will let LED light have long lifetime

2. Automatic self-check system when you start color sorter. Any problem will be alarm on the interface, such as it will alarm and remind you on interface and system will stop color sorter automatic when the air is low or any valve not work.

3. JIETAI brush will clean the glass, injector and rice shelter plate at same time when brush working. It will let the glass and whole sorting room more clean. it will have better sorting accuracy.

Opening system:

Turn on the power supply :press the main air switch labeled green start button, open the whole power for the system self-test.
The system conducts preheating for 10-30mins
Chose the sorting mode as the user requires which can be skipped if it is the same with the last mode .
Turn on the vibrator :press the material supply on the setting plate and the sorter begins to supply materials .Then adjust setting plate and flow rate according to waveform .
Adjusting sorting accuracy:set the accuracy to meet the user’s ideal effect.The setup of sensitivity is the lower the better if sorting is qualified, for example , sorting is quality at 260 instead of 270.
Turn on the material supply, vibrator starts to work and color sorter begins to do color sorting .
